These terms describe Summit Valet text messaging for hotel valet service requests and related operational updates.

Program description

Summit Valet is a valet operations tool provided by Summit Key Technologies. Participating hotel valet teams may use Summit Valet to send transactional SMS messages related to an active valet ticket, vehicle drop-off, or vehicle pickup request.

Guest participation in Summit Valet text messaging is optional. When a guest drops off a vehicle, the guest may choose to provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages for that valet ticket.

By opting in, the guest agrees to receive text messages related to valet service, including request confirmations, vehicle pickup requests, valet status updates, and service-related instructions. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use valet service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on valet activity and guest requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on the guest's mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help

Guests can opt out of Summit Valet text messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, the guest may receive a confirmation that they have been unsubscribed.

Guests may reply HELP for assistance with Summit Valet text messaging.

Privacy

Summit Valet's privacy practices are described in the Summit Valet Privacy Policy. Guest phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service limitations

Summit Valet text messaging is intended for valet service communication only. It is not an emergency service. Guests should contact hotel staff directly or call emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Wireless carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Service may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier issues, device settings, network conditions, system maintenance, or other factors outside Summit Key Technologies' control.

Changes to these terms

Summit Key Technologies may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at this URL will reflect the current terms for Summit Valet text messaging.
